Already part of the Oriah family? ✨ Amazing! Log in to your account and head to “My Orders” to see your order status. Once your jewelry is packed and ready to ship, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey every step of the way. First time shopping with us? 🌙 Welcome! Create an account using the same email you used at checkout, and your order will automatically appear under “My Orders.” As soon as your package is packed, you’ll receive a tracking number. Once the courier scans it into their system, you’ll be able to track it—usually within a few hours (orders packed over the weekend will update on the next business day).
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase by logging into your Oriah account. Simply head to “My Orders” and select “Cancel Order.” Don’t have an account? No problem—create one using the same email address you used at checkout, and your order will appear automatically. Because our team prepares your jewelry for shipping right away, we’re unable to guarantee cancellations or changes once this window has passed.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 200 CAD. Orders below this amount will be charged a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Items must be in original condition, without any signs of wear or damage. Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch). Sets must be returned in full; no individual piece from a set can be refunded, exchanged, or credited. For Lab Grown Diamonds, the SCS certification must be included—otherwise, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer. Returns must be made in the same country where the order was originally purchased. Each product comes with a paper security tag. Items with the tag removed or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange. Non-returnable items: Engraved or monogrammed products Earrings used for piercing appointments Gift cards Final sale items Return Shipping Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order is subject to a return fee, it will be deducted from your refund. Exchange Guidelines We want you to love your Oriahco jewelry. At this time, we’re happy to offer exchanges for Canadian customers only. To qualify for an exchange: The request must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Once initiated, items must be mailed back within 7 days to secure the new item. All exchanges must follow the Return Requirements above (unworn, original packaging, proof of purchase). If your item doesn’t meet our return criteria or is mailed outside the 7-day window, it will not be eligible for exchange.
