Refund policy

· Items must be in original condition, without any signs of wear or damage.

· Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).

· Sets must be returned in full; no individual piece from a set can be refunded, exchanged, or credited.

· For Lab Grown Diamonds, the SCS certification must be included—otherwise, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

· Returns must be made in the same country where the order was originally purchased.

· Each product comes with a paper security tag. Items with the tag removed or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-returnable items:

· Engraved or monogrammed products

· Earrings used for piercing appointments

· Gift cards

· Final sale items

· Shipping fees are non-refundable.

· If your order is subject to a return fee, it will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Guidelines

We want you to love your Oriahco jewelry. At this time, we’re happy to offer exchanges for Canadian customers only.

To qualify for an exchange:

· The request must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

· Once initiated, items must be mailed back within 7 days to secure the new item.

· All exchanges must follow the Return Requirements above (unworn, original packaging, proof of purchase).

If your item doesn’t meet our return criteria or is mailed outside the 7-day window, it will not be eligible for exchange.
